A good place for a quick meal thats not toooo bad for you. Your usual roast options. I like fact you can change the options a little I perfer mashed potatoes etc. Friendly couple who own it, always pleasant and give quick service. I had lamb shank last week and was a little salty more so that usual. Veggiea are cooked well, carrots are frimish not mushy. Nice option
Every time we felt like roast takeaways this is the place we would come to but just recently I found the portions were getting smaller so thought I would try else where and found out that the portions here at TRC are still very reasonable for a $9.50 medium meal and the flavours from the gravy definitely top any other roast takeaway in Hamilton. Absolutely love the crackle from the roast pork meal, fantastic!
