Stopped by for dinner on the way home from Mt. Ruapehu. It wasn’t too late (around 1915) but it was still fairly busy. We grabbed a table and menu to look through and ordered at the bar. We ordered and waited a bit for the food to come out, around 40 minutes or so. The food was nice but depending on how rushed you are this might not be the best place. If you have a bit of time then it is quite nice to just sit and relax a bit while having food.
