Called in on our way home from National park, heading back to Auckland. It was packed inside but we had our dogs with us so happy to sit outside. We were told we had about a 25 minute wait for our food but we had it served with 15 minutes. The burger was beautiful, lovely home made patty, very tasty. Others had the Burritos which they loved too. We have often stopped at Persimmon Tree Cafe when we have been passing thru over the years. It’s good to see that the excellent standards have been maintained. The staff were busy but still very happy and friendly.
