Katsubi is delicious, one of my go-to places to eat when I am shopping at Chartwell, Love the variety and I always leave full. Wish there was another branch closer so I didnt have to drive across town to get my fix.
Love their food combos, very cheap and great takeaway packaging. Has a range of meats to chose from, but I would personally refrain from choosing tofu later on in the day as it tends to be dried out by then as it is usually the least chosen meat option (unless you see them serving fresh tofu) Fast and efficient service..

Food not bad. But bad customer service : ( The girl with black T-shirt skip my question just keep asking what kind of sauce i want. I have asked her around 5 times and she reply me the same thing like a robot : choose two sauce! won’t back again anyway. 🙁
