I decided to try this place out after hearing such great feedback about it. I went in on one of their $4 cupcake days and got the Tahiti Sweety and Lewis Whittaker hoping to get a good range of their products by ordering both vanilla and chocolate. The staff were lovely and service was great however the cupcakes did not live to expectations. Both cupcakes had nice and consistent presentation and the Lewis Whittaker was decent, however I found the vanilla cupcake to be very dry and the buttercream was incredibly sweet. I halved both cupcakes with a friend and couldn’t even finish my half of the Tahiti Sweety. This was a disappointing experience overall and I cannot see myself returning.

Really bad service we bought a cake from there, it looked great but was slightly burnt, when I first told them about it I was told to drop in when I was passing next to pick up some fudge, all was well or so I thought. When I went to pick it up, the owner just blasted me told me to get out of her shop. I left with no fudge and a even more bitter taste in my mouth than burnt cake.
Terrible service, rude, unhelpful. Obviously I had a really bad experience at this shop and was treated very badly through no fault of my own and this was the owner and a long serving staff member.They didn’t want to listen, had to be right and didn’t care.They love to receive praise through facebook but if anyone has anything unfavourable to say, it just gets deleted.
Great Place for amazing cupcakes that will temp even the most robust dieter. Chocolate with little red rose’s iced over the top sprinkled with the finest glitter. Kiddies Sesame Street characters and many other options that change from day to day. I got a breakfast cup cake for my daughter with a cone of cream icing holding a square of candied bacon and drizzled with maple syrup. It looked and she assures me tasted “awesome and not even that sweet.” My Grand-daughter got a chocolate cupcake which in-closed a dollop of caramel and decorated with vanilla cream frosting and drizzled with dark caramel syrup. She was distracted from getting it out of the box as she was memorized watching the staff icing the cakes through the large window into the work room, what skill! The tiered special cakes and huge selection of fantasy cupcakes to keep you coming back for months. You’d better sign up to weight watcher before entering this shop as the temptation may well prove way too much. They also stock a great range of cake decorating supplies. Would be great to turn this shop into a cafe or at least serve takeaway coffee to compliment your goodies. Yes we will be back!
Cupcakes are absolutely divine – moist and delicious and the fudge is truly amazing! Lovely giftware and lovely staff!
