Went for a late afternoon coffee with a friend. The cabinet food and cakes looked great. There was a good variety not the normal run of cakes and slices. We shared a piece of ginger, caramel and macadamia slice very yummy. The coffee was OK would of liked it hotter as I ordered it extra hot but well made.Nice surrounding, outdoor in the garden centre with the fire to keep it cosy.

My friend and I came here on a grab one voucher spending $15 for one voucher and in return having $30 to spend..I bought 2Our hot chocolates were nice only thing is they weren’t hot enoughI got the big breakfast pretty much the works and it was the best breakfast I’ve had from any cafe/restaurantEverything cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely beautiful!! 5stars for just my meal.My friend got the salmon and she enjoyed it thoroughly..we wanted to reverse time just to do eat again lol sadly that’s a bit unrealistic! The service we received was delightful and felt looked after not hurried no one was rude to us everything you’d want when dining out.We also ordered the crepes this let my friend down as the mascarpone tasted off to her but to me it tasted alright. Different taste buds I suppose. We told our waiter and he talked to the chefs and came back saying it wasn’t off or anything like that.We would never have had come here if we didn’t have the grab one vouchers as it is not in our price range maybe for a special occasion though. My breakfast meal cost $20 and hers $18, the crepes $17, plus our hot chocolates $4.40 each..(I just paid the difference as this is over $60).Purely based on the breakfast (not including crepes) would have scored 5 but other factors to consider affected my scoring just as cost hot chocolates, my friends opinion etc.

Rototuna needed a good cafe and you started off well filling that need. Went in for a coffee this morning and it was absolute rubbish. It was extremely bitter. Your coffee is your point of difference. You have got good gear, there is no excuse for bad coffee. Maybe time for some barista training.

The service for my visit was totally not acceptable. Cafe manager was rude and tried to hurry up me when i tried to finish my order. More than that there were a lot complains during this visit. Have emailed to the company regards to the feedback but never respond. Guess they put customer’s money in their pocket as priority rather than proving better hospitality experience for people. Would NOT go back again even there is a voucher and would NOT recommend anyone to their. You guys should tell your cafe manager whats call customer service!

Sorry guys not sure what has happened here recently but the food is now terrible. Sadly I won’t be in a hurry to return after this is the 2nd time in a few weeks that the food hasn’t been nice at all. Today’s falafel from the cabinet wasn’t warm at all and very under cooked and the flavor was weird two mouthfuls was enough and sorry salad dressing (did ask for mint dressing) doesn’t work with falafel. The tabouleh was also terrible and I’m pretty sure its not suppose to be heated. With my coffee (which was nice) I was looking forward to the coconut rum ball mmmmm no flavor. Thank you to the waitress that told management who did come to the party and refund my meal. With more places due to open I hope that you survive.

We will definitely return again. Good atmosphere. And family friendly as we have a young boy. High chair was reasonably clean. I ordered their pasta salad and it was good. My husband ordered from the menu (I can’t remember exactly what) – it was good too. If we have to pick, the only thing would be the serving size seems to be quite small but to be fair we were quite hungry today, so could be that too. In saying that we would still go back again.
