Fantastic service from the proprietors – warning they do hire some less than bright assistants at times.Awesome food and naan bread that melts in your mouth.Toilet door doesnt lock particularly well so dont be too shocked if someone tries to sit on your lap in the rest room!

We booked for 6.30, arrived on time and had to wait for the take-aways to be serviced and the phone to be answered before being acknowledged. We were shown to a table and got given water. We asked for wine glasses as we had a bottle of wine, these never turned up. We were then ignored for 50 minutes. Not what I would expect from any service industry. We then walked out and went to the Thai restaurant just down the road, where we were actually eating our meal within 15 minutes.Very poor service, wish we had read the reviews before we went.Won’t be going back, shame as I like Indian cuisine.

We had a take away, and found it expensive and poor in quality. It was speedy, and the staff were polite. However, they declined to do a half portion for a kid. The onion baji was excessively oily, while the naan was doughy. Overall a disappointing quite expensive experience. I think we will try some alternatives in future.

Been meaning to go here for a while. Clean and neatly presented restaurant. Warmly greeted and shown to a table. A small plate of warmed snacks came out whilst we looked at the menu. Nice touch.I settled for lamb rogan josh, mild and my partner had butter prawns. We shared the two dishes. We also had garlic naan and some poppadoms. Both meals were delicious. The prawns were milder and the gravy was soft on the palate. The Rogan Josh had a warmth to it. The rice was perfect. This was an impromptu meal, and we were delighted with the service, the atmosphere and the food.My only negative, and this goes for most Indian Restaurants is the price of poppadoms.
