This cafe is gross. The food was average, the windowsill we sat next to was filthy with dead insects all over it . Flies kept harrrasing us the whole time we were there. Would not recommend.Staff were not friendly, the chowder had no flavour and was under seasoned.
Hi,We were holidaying in the Coromandel this summer and had a delicious chicken & cashew salad at the Sands Cafe – we must have had it about 3 times. My husband and I were trying to think what was in the dressing and I am wondering if someone would be so kind as to e-mail the recipe.
