For an “All you can eat” joint, we were told that a few meats weren’t being cooked that night so we missed out – portions were tiny and the salad bar is hit and miss.
Customer service was great, the lady who served my family tonight was lovely always very polite and kept smiling the whole night. she kept apologising to us because we had made a booking for over 20ppl but the meat that was coming out at one time was no where near enough for all of us she told us that there was no meat cooked at the back yet and she was just bringing out what was there. A lot of the meat that was served to us was very raw and we couldn’t eat it. I was very disappointed in the meat tonight as I was really looking forward to eating here after reading a lot of positive reviews about the place. Not only was it raw but we were waiting for long periods of times before the next lot of meat came out.
A little underwhelmed given the positive reviews and feedback we’d had from others. Good concept. All you can eat salad bar was very good but what let things down was the meat. I get that it’s also unlimited but the quality of it save for the chicken was c grade at best. Lamb very fatty in particular.The only other thing saving it from a worse rating from me was the service. It was friendly enough and in general the staff were quite helpful. Would I return? Probably not..
