Gelato is hit and miss. Flavours are really nice but depending on who serves you- you may end up getting a kiddie scoop size instead of a single or double scoop size. For how expensive they are you would think they would give you a decent amount but no. The dairy across the road ensures great value for money however if you are looking for a cheap but nice ice cream. The slices and cabinet food looks amazing and sizes look huge, however when it comes to the taste they aren’t that great and a quite bland in flavour.

Noob couldn’t scoop gelato to save themselves and ended up getting half a scoop instead of a full scoop. Staff need better training and water to leave scoops in so they work properly. Really not happy.

Situated in the quaint little town centre of Eastbourne, this little gem never fails to satisfy my cravings for all things savoury, sweet and sugary. Upon visiting many times after a weekend bike ride to Pencarrow, my favourite go to is always the Salted Caramel and Macadamia slice. It is to die for, and the portion sizes are very impressive. The Oaty Ginger slice is another go to which pairs well with a rich and aromatic Flat White. The cafe has a tasty brunch menu and also a choice of savouries n sammies to cure those weekend hunger pangs. Best of all, they boast their own fabulous range of gelato flavours – all made onsite, and all worth cheating on that healthy eating plan for. There is often a line of eager people going out the door during summer just for a gelato. My partner and I love this place, unpretentious, great food, and great service!
