Rude/unprofessional customer service over the phone so we ended up cancelling our order. Used to come here often, now we won’t be coming back.
Such a shame. Been coming here for years and have spent literally thousands of dollars in all that time. Today I arrived with only my credit card on me, forgetting my partner borrowed my fpos card. I had ordered over the phone. I realised they said “no credit”. I had $50 emergency money in my phone. I was $8 short and promised to bring it tomorrow. He refused saying “we don’t undersell our food”. Well I won’t be back. You have lost a very long term loyal customer who you clearly don’t trust or value.
I have absolutely loved coming here! Best chips I have had in so long! I’m one of their regulars and i can’t fault anything! Food is amazing, chips are nice and crispy, I had to download this app just to write this review it’s that good!

Love their dumplings! They’re pretty amazing. Chinese food is good, we always ask for the rice on the side and it’s never a problem too. Fave Chinese food nearby
Best fish and chips! I always order veggie rolls and vegetable egg fu young and they never disappoint!! Keen to try the veggie dumplings too!
