Great chicken and chips. The fish is very fresh and delish. I greatly appreciated the crunchiness of the fried chicken, it was so good and overtook KFC’s place.

Really good chips better than all of the franchises and the food is prepared fresh every time and it’s just perfect. The chicken is perfect and they also offer satay option for chicken I would recommend it

If your lucky enough to count Corfu amongst your local fish and chip shops count yourself lucky. Got all your usuals plus awesome burgers.

Had two orders so far, first time the cook was really nice and fat well drained, fish was fresh, chips golden and tasty but missed a sausage in my order, not good for first impression as missed a item in order. Second time was awful, perhaps owners wife prepared everything, the parcel is so terribly greasy!fatty!soggy! Absolutely awful! Price is fair but not on the lower half, perhaps won’t comeback again unless I have to.

This is our ‘local’ fish and chip shop, mainly due to it’s location to our home. It is a bit of a hit and miss sometimes. I once ordered a battered fish and it was rubbery and dry – do not think it was the freshest that day, but generally they have been pretty good. Sometimes the chips can be good – golden and crunchy, while other days it can be a bit soggy and under cooked.Corfu offers a good selection of fish and chip related items, such as fried chicken hot dogs, oysters, burgers, and fillets cooked to your like such as grilled, crumbed, battered etc.Check out my website for an indepth review. misopeckish.com

Corfu Seafoods is the best fish and chip shop in Karori, hands down. They have really good burgers and delicious calamari. Their chips aren’t hand-cut but they are pretty good. Only downside is their fish isn’t always the freshest. If you live in Karori and can’t be bothered making a trip to Aro Street or Island Bay, this place is your best bet. Advice is to watch them like a hawk when they make your Hawaiian burger as they often forget to put the pineapple in. And let’s face it, a Hawaiian burger is the only burger worth getting at a fish and chip shop.

Been there many times when I used to live in karori, and still occasionally visited the place after moved to town.Very nice fish and chips. Tasted very traditional and crispy. Fresh fish and golden brown. The service was fast and friendly family owned business.Their crispy chicken are also spot on. Better than any franchise fried chicken store I’ve been to. It’s crispy and cooked to the perfection.25 minutes drive from town so not very accessible. But if you love food as much as I do then of you go!!
