have been customers of KFC for many years its a hit and miss kind of place Lower Hutt shop , last week my wife and I complained about the packing of the food jammed upside down with 45 spoons coleslaw and cold items in with the hot , so tonight surprised to see they have a bigger bag option for 10 c great idea . were in ! same girl who served us last week gave us the evils and packed the crap exactly the same as last week deliberately . Naturally we complained again and had to ask for it to be packed in a big bag with the hot separated from the cold items . The staff here treat you like you are second class if your’e Pakeha they are rude arrogant and think its funny to argue back , we have been in the retail industry all our lives and this business does not deserve your hard earned money . trust us go somewhere that appreciates a customer see you there Jack and Marguerite
