Felt like having a cup of joe after lunch and tried this shop; had mochaccino which was a delight. The young lady staff was really nice and polite which makes a difference when it comes to cafes since there are heaps of them.
Me and my daughter had a lunch at Wholly but we wanted a dessert, so we try the muffin break. It was OK, my daughter is happy with her chocolate muffin. So happy kid happy mum. Cheers
The staff are friendly but I was extremely disappointed with the food and cleanliness. The banoffe pie was frozen in the middle, tables wobbly and cutlery was dirty. Not a nice experience.
Had a muffin here, tasted great until I discovered a long strand of hair in the middle! Have people not heard of hair nets? I don’t know if the baking is done on site, but I haven’t been to a Muffin Break since and don’t plan to. Gross.
The staff really do make a difference! They are all so lovely and kind. The good is always good and very consistent. They always have a new muffin to try and the slices are amazing.
One thing that amazes me about this place is its staff retention. The workers have all been there for so long. The food always seems to be good. The staff provide great welcoming service. I work in the area and don’t go here all the time but when I do they greet me like a regular visitor. They always have a gluten free options for those who need it. The coffee can sometimes be a bit touch n go, not always guaranteed a good one. I’ve had one before that was so bitter I had to biff it. The one in the photo taste a bit burnt but as I’ve had many from there, these can be overlooked. No wow coffee, just coffee.
