@LunnabarbiegurlThey have 2 kinds rainbow sequins covered tortes, one is Rainbow cake ( Rainbow layered), the other is Let’s Celebrate Sprinkle & Starts (Vanilla torte with strawberry paste), Rainbow cake is $10 more than the other. Question is how much did you pay for yours, that will tell who’s fault was.

After going into the shop and finally deciding on the sprinkles cake with rainbow sponge inside it was pretty disappointing to find out on the day of my sons 5th birthday when we cut the cake it was plain sponge and jam instead. So when I rang up to say they got my order wrong instead I was met with an accusing and angry girl that told me that’s what I ordered and that they didn’t muck it up! Really rude and I’m pissed off that they couldn’t amend their mistake. I know what I ordered at the end of the day and it was unfortunately bad communication from the girl who served me and lack of service which will stop me from ever ordering there again. Also their lack of options for kids cakes is another reason why I wouldn’t bother going there.

I wouldn’t recommend. I think anybody is much better off making a cheesecake at home. Halfway through one slice I start to feel sick? It’s much too dense and heavy (not in a good way) no real richness of flavour I think it’s quite clear these are production-line type cheesecakes that don’t have real authentic flavour. If you must purchase a pre-made cheesecake I honestly think a frozen supermarket offering is better value and taste/texture.

Just had this Tiramasu cake for my Mums and sisters birthday tonight! Was absolutely decadent! Was pretty reasonable for the quality too! We will definitly be coming back here for special occasions

My friend recommended this shop and I tried a slice of vanilla cheesecake. I like the strong flavour of vanilla with light lemon. However the base is not my favourite because of too much coconut shred.

Cheesecake: what is it about this dessert that has everyone under it’s spell? Well, first of all it’s delicious. Second, it’s delicious! We tried the marble mudcake cheesecake and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to work my way through the rest.

One of the best places in Lower Hutt to get cake! Not only do they sell it by the slice but it is also reasonably priced for a full cake! They have a great selection and the staff are fantastic!
