Smorgasbord has always sort of sucked but last night’s experience is something else.. my son had HAIR in his food, a long black DISGUSTING hair!!!!! It was strung in and intertwined in the food.. makes you wander how often it happens! We argued a bit over it, not overly loud or anything just disagreeing, she blamed me and my son but I know 100% that it wasn’t us because it was mixed in to the food not just sitting on top. She refused to give all my money back (saying she would give half) and threatened to get security.. I could have stood there til closing and warned people about the hair and her disgusting food and quite possibly lost her some business for what? The sake of $14 and doing what’s right? It’s the principle! None of my family will support this business, I’ll make sure of it!

this is their steam chicken with rice！nothing like the picture they put on menu！so disgusting! And cost me $12.90 for this shit! I cannot believe what I saw when they give it to me! it’s the most terrible lunch I had in welly! This place should be close down!!!!!!!!
