I have used this outlet for a number of years and always thought them overpriced. However I recently had cause to complain that a food item was mislabeled and instantly bought an argument with the boss. He finally followed me back to my table and offered a replacement but the damage was done by then. Will not be going there again.
Was having a coffee and sitting in a corner by myself, working on my laptop. I was sharing the set of 3 tables together with another group of customers at first. After an hour or so, the cafe had been mostly empty for some time now but I was approached and told off for only having one purchase and for staying for more than an hour. He was very displeased with me and told me that this was a ‘place of business’ and ‘not a meeting place’. He also told me off for being there the previous day and causing his staff to leave work late. I was there until a little before 6pm, which is the closing time and there were other customers. I would have left earlier if I was asked to as well. Very unwelcoming and poor service from this man (although the regular staff were friendly).
Just a fantastic cafe to visit. I perused the cabinets which to my delight, I found the most delicious chocolate and caramel slice. Just to die for if you ask me. I would even consider giving my left arm for it. The customer service is lovely. There are 2 young boys that look like they’re about 16 years old. Just the most lovely boys. They both make very delicious coffees. However, I think the girl on dining room forgot to sweep the carpet making me cringe at the lack of cleanliness. Overall, the experience was stunning and being in my late 120’s it was the perfect atmosphere.
Lovely cafe .gorgeous food and fast service. Never knew they were here as little hidden in the corner but worth the visit. Freshly baked muffins were amazing.
The service is just the worst. Food is flavorless and overpriced. I don’t mind that much about the food but the service is so poor at the point that I wouldn’t go even if someone pays me for that.
