Really lovely food and coffee, however the service is really lacking. Whenever I go in there I feel like they don’t want me there and no smiles or anything. I’ve been in customer service for many years now and hospitality and it’s just unacceptable
Zampelles has got to be my favourite cafe the staff are brilliant after being away from New Zealand for the last two years I could not wait to go there again the staff were the same and they even remembered that I am a smoker they said we will bring it outside to me in the same table I sat in every morning for about 5 years
