Was doing a North Island trip. New Zealand has better fish & chips for sure. However this one really stands out! Blue cod was the best! The batter was so thin and crispy that the fish literally just melt in your mouth! I am going to miss this.
I often order from Fish masterton and they always are polite and easy to understand on the phone and when I turn up the order is almost always already cooked and waiting for me!An excellent little fish & chip shop with an awesome menu. (And the best cooked Scallops in masterton that can better all the fancy resturants!)
Mum and Dad live in Masterton (I live in Sydney). Whenever I go back to Masterton(about twice a year) We always have fish and chips from FISH. The fish is the best tasting fish I have ever tasted!! Service good, shop clean, but the fish is the best. Am going home in January for 6 days. Guess what I am having for dinner on a couple of days!!Lee MurraySydney
