I always eat the cheese burgers here u can’t fault them had another one today for lunch the same quality every time u can’t fault them u get quality and quantity id recommend if u looking for a good cheese burger this is the place to go can’t fault them
I have not had their fish and chips before but I have had their burgers. They are good quality, big, and really yummy! They have really nice vegetarian burgers also. Definitely much better than your average fish & chip shop burgers!
I’m giving castaways a 5/5 for their burgers, they are big burgers full of fresh ingredients and value for money. I’ve had the gourmet chicken burger with sweet chilly sauce the bacon and egg burger and the cheese burger and I can’t fault them, so if you want to try the best burgers in wellington then this is the place to come to.
Whenever I am hungry and driving past this place I have to stop and grab a regular chicken burger, always perfectly cooked and nice and big, and also extremely fast during the day, faster than some fast food joints.
Our new go to place for takeaways when we are in the area. I always get the gourmet chicken burger with hashbrown n aoili sauce it has to be one of the best made burgers I have tasted in the lower hutt region. No dripping soggy messy burgers always fresh and clean. Chips are yum too.
We both had a gourmet burger . Wow It was a real burger .It was tasty all through One that you used to eat . Fried onions, proper homemade meat pattie, bacon, cheese, tomato , lettuce and a nice tasty bun . This was a huge burger You really should give this place a try . Their burgers ar terrific
Yum! I had the Gourmet Chicken burger with cranberry sauce and it was huge! lots fresh ingredients too. Great value in my opinion. Yummy chips and fresh fish aswell. Friendly service too, will definitely go back to try their other burgers – they make their own meat patties so I’ll definitely have to try one of those next time. Don’t make the mistake of showing up on a Sunday, they are closed!
