Visit here once or twice every month for lunch and I’ve had mixed reviews on the place. Everything is a bit hit and miss with the service to the food. Very inconsistent which is disappointing because at it’s best it is an awesome place with great food but the scale swings all the time which is why I leave an average rating hoping I’ll be swayed on my next visit.
What a complete disaster this place is Totally incompetent staff and training when the customers were lining up to complain about the food or over charging the bar was suddenly closed and it wasn’t even 8pm. I think this was done just to get rid of all the customers. Another negative score is rated here How can a place like this be run so badly
The poached eggs were hard! The chef needs to pick up the pace, because my friend got her 15 minutes after everyone received their meals. The food on the whole below average and coffee needs to improve, especially with presentation.
Took my children along to a petrolhead breakfast. My children didn’t like the food on the set menu. They did like the food in the cabinet on display. We were NOT ALLOWED to buy the food in the cabinet. They refused to sell the food. To make sure I understood I said ‘I am a customer and I want to buy your food and you are telling me I can’t buy it?’ And they said yes. Suffice to say we went elsewhere and will never go back.
