Went in tonight and had their chicken which was really delicious but I feel that the most intriguing part of the meal was ordering food using sign language. The restaurant is deaf person friendly with the entire menu reverberated with hand gestures signalling the meal. Fantastic staff who are very understanding of your failed sign language and the food is really special. Perfect selection for a date night.
Unique place if you appreciate sign language. Excellent service by waiter who took our orders in sign language. I ordered venison which was perfectly cooked. I was a bit disappointed as the dessert they keep advertising in their photos is always sold out or out of stock.
Had a very lovely Christmas lunch here yesterday. It was a buffet lunch done very well. My little family enjoyed eating slowly and helping ourselves. The variety was excellent and the little pavlovas were the best ever.The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very friendly. The room was set out well and the tables looked great and very festive. I loved the fact that everyone wore their cracker hats.We will certainly consider going back next Christmas.
We visited here 3 months ago and back again few days ago for our son’s 15th Birthday dinner as his request. We all had great time, excellent food and service at both occasions. The floor staff were very friendly and attentive, made my son feel so special and we all felt very welcomed. We love their Cuba Quarter Steak Offer, I found this offer was such good value – with glass of wine, a bowl of fresh salad with tasty dressing, endless chips and the steak cooked perfectly. There was a surprise Birthday cake at the end of our dinner too! It wasn’t a small cake, plenty for four of us to share and tasted so delicious. We will definitely go back.
Totally enjoyed our family dinner here. My daughter celebrated her birthday with a blast! The food was great, ambience was cozy. a place where all you wanted was to spent a relaxing and have a hearty meal. Service was up to scratch, the waiters are very polite , courteous, too bad they don’t have nameplates but they know who they are. we have to changed our orders from our first choices and they gave the food to us very well presented and right portions. My son also enjoyed his meal. However, waiters could’ve checked again to see how we were enjoying the meal and refilled our glasses of water, overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Nothing special. Went for lunch and had an omelet. Far too much cheese meant it was greasy and chewy, the chips were over cooked and cold.Presentation of the food was terrible! Everything was just dumped on the plate. A friends meal looked ok though.Overall, not keen to go back due to my food. The reception and wait staff are friendly and smile though but seem focused on getting a review – clearly the kitchen staff haven’t got the message or maybe they would try harder.
I didn’t have any lunch or dinner meals at the restaurant, but almost everyday of my stay I had the buffet breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyable meal. Very good cooked section which was almost always full. Nice overall selection. My favorite part was the honey and yoghurt glasses (A simple trick I might try at home!). Friendly staff, nice decor. An altogether enjoyable breakfast!
