I wouldn’t actually give them even a 1 for yesterday’s saga . We’ve been here a couple of times and the servings are always generous & decent pricing however yesterday when we went here to grab some takeaways & when I’d started eating my chicken there were still feathers on them which i understand could happen at times so I was slightly put off but let it slide then a few bites into my rice I found what is shown in my photograph. Disgusted We immediately rang the restaurant to which we spoke to 3 people claiming not to be able to speak English , who then gave me another number to call the manager . This was Called, confirmed it was the person who I was referred to, then she hung up on me . My partner rang up a few minutes later , apologies were given etc etc . Long story short when my partner went back to show them the food and get a refund when he’d walked in whoever he’d spoke to acted like they didn’t speak English then as soon as my partner brought up health and safety inspectors he magically spoke perfect English . So if anyone wants some extra garnishing of insects by all means head here !
