I have been a customer here for nearly 3 years and their Pizzas are getting worse. Sloppy and undercooked. Makes it very hard to pick up a slice with one hand. Also everytime we ask for delivery they are always atleast 20minutes late. The standards of this store has dropped exponentially.
Ordered a garlic cheese pizza and a hersheys cookie. Fast service, the pizza was hot and crispy!! Loved the cookie, it was so chewy and chocolatey!! Quite big for two people though, last us ages haha Great to stop in for a quick munch.
Rude management. Had a mix up with delivery, phone number on email receipt didn’t work, so they resent the original pizza 2 hours later after saying they were remaking the order. It arrived 15 minutes after the phone call, the cheese was congealed and hard, pizza was cold, could tell by touching it. Bit risky isn’t it when the household includes a pregnant person. We just chucked it and won’t use Pizza Hut again.
Ordered delivery, the muppet Indian dude with the beard delivered the pizza and when I said I didn’t need the receipt he threw it into my garden. We don’t need dirty people like this in NZ. Hope he gets the boot soon.
After five bad experiences at Hells Pizza, we tried the Pizza Hutt closest to us. We ordered online and picked up. I was happily surprised that our order was ready when we arrived so that was an automatic tick!We ordered a meal deal which meant we got sides too and have so much food that the other half will be munching on cold pizza for the rest of the long weekend.I ordered a Chicken Supreme on a gluten free and, given how reasonably priced it was, I was happy with what I got. The base was good and there was great coverage of toppings. Service was really good and the staff we struck we really nice. Giving it a solid 4. Only real downer was that we don’t have delivery coverage to our suburb but we will head back there when pizza night takes our fancy!
