Mid afternoon and I bought a quiche and fries. The food came out quickly but the quiche was greasy and the pastry was thin, not short crust like I would expect. The fries came in a large bowl which they barely half filled. I would expect a larger portion for $7 and they tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
Our first visit to The Office, nice atmosphere and decor and a pleasant waitress. Unfortunately the food was just average, and we tried to use our entertainment book discount and were rudely told they didn’t accept them anymore. With so many lovely cafes in Kapiti we definately won’t be going back or recommending them. Could have been handled much better.
