It was okay. Had lunch there with some family members. Their service was good but food wasn’t what we expected. Pricy for a small potion and taste wasn’t as great. However in saying that, I love their inside layout and the lady that served us was attentive.
Went here yesterday for the first time, nice venue,outside area is fantastic. Mains were a bit pricey, had some food specials on. Service is ok bt had to ask a staff member who was tidying tables where no one had been sitting to serve us to pay the bill. Some food items were sold out so just settled for snacks – fries & bacon chicken poppers. Will go back again and try the mains and maybe the pie & pint deal.
Your bouncer (the bald English one) is a bit of a perv. I get they’re not supposed to be sunshine and rainbows but looking at my partners chest instead of her ID, then following it with a wink and a puckered mouth is a bit much – had I not have wanted to come enjoy a drink I’d have probably called him out for being inappropriate.Hopefully you guys will address this, because it’s put me right off.
Went here for an easy mid week meal. We arrived before 7pm so were offered free onion rings and chicken nibbles with our mains. They were alright, but onion rings could have had more onion in them. The mains were good and tasty. Basic pub meals
We were greeted, seated and served very promptly. We loved our meals. The ribs were delicious and so was the pork belly. Would definitely recommend. Awesome customer service and really nice facility and atmosphere. Will be back. Thank you!
Got a $40 medium rare steak, apparently this was a Rare misteak. Not very happy, they offered us a round of drinks as an apology, however there was two out of three meals wrong.
We came to celebrate our anniversary. The sign said wait here to be seated, we waited few minute but nobody came. Once somebody came she just said you can seat anywhere you want without any smile whatsoever.We ordered the rib eye, the burger and mac and chese for my daughter.After a few minute the staff came to us and ask to give our credit card to put it on the tab. We just ordered and we don’t even order any liquor.Probably they think we can’t afford eating there. We decided to pay all of our orders before having them. And noticed that nobody else was asked to do this (we are seating clise to the counter).Not a good experience.For the food. It was great the ribeye was soft and juicy, the burger was fantastic and our daughter loves her mac and chese.A little bit of smile and empathy towards your customer won’t hurt anyone.
