Stopped in for a combination fried rice simply because the wife and I were driving past and just felt a little peckish. Ordered with no egg due to an allergy and this was no problem. When I got the takeaway you could just smell that it was going to be good, great smokey smell from this one. The fried rice was really good! Really good amount of flavoursome meats and veg throughout but not too much to take away from it being a fried rice dish. Awesome. Have tried many many spots around Welly for fried rice and this place would be top of my list to return to, pretty impressive for a wee inconspicuous fish and chip shop.
