Our Cuisine is dedicated to the Italian migration to New York in the last two centuries. Italians were often mocked and insulted by the Americans. While their food is still today labeled as not real Italian by the Italian bourgeoise. Stuck in the middle of two countries,between past and future,and looking for a new belonging,they fought to create their own new identity. Our Cuisine is dedicated to their creative spirit of adaptation, and to the same dreams and hopes of all immigrants in the world today.
