Gorgeous food and all class. We took our family and older parents, so I was a little nervous about noise and fussy eaters. But it wasn’t an issue. Delighted to see another family group. But please note that the menu class didn’t suggest “family restaurant” in anyway. All our guests were delighted with the their food. Clean simple flavours but very nicely executed. Why doesn’t my hummus taste like that?! The pork belly was especially popular at our table, as was the very cool fishfinger sandwich. Great wine selection too and the per glass choices were as good as the bottle selection. The ice cream selection was to die for! I’ll be back for that alone!

Fantastic food – what a great place. I have recommended it to loads of people. If you are in Wellington don’t miss out. Try the Salad of sautéed barley, roast squash, halloumi, lemon yoghurt!

We came here to try the Wellington burger on a plate. The waitress brought out our meals, then less than a minute later the chef came flying out of the kitchen saying you have been given the wrong meal, she proceeded to lift the top of my husbands burger and checked and then put down another burger, then she took off a chip he had already cut and put it on his new meal while taking one from the new meal to put with the first meal, all using her hands and saying this is terribly unprofessional of me!! Then the waitress brings out the meal she took from my husband and tried to give it to the table next to us!! Terrible service, we have never been treated so bad in a restaurant, would never go back or recommend it. Very disappointing after hearing great reviews.

I had the duck livers dish for brunch and it was really flavourful and well cooked. Not the most photogenic plating. The ice creams were delicious, I would never hesitate to end brunch with ice cream again. The main thing missing was a good coffee, my flat white was aite.

I LOVED it and MY tummy LOVED it! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly Recommended! Seriously delicious. Very NICE calming relaxed restaurant. Well Done & Thank You.

Nice cafe. I had a spicy potato hash with salted beef. The sour cream cuts the saltiness and just a bit of gherkin brings another dimension of flavour too.

Went for dinner the food was delicious and great service, definitely a bit of an older crowd so vibe was pretty low key, but very nice dining experience.
