I have been here twice for bubble tea. I love bubble tea it’s yummy. They have gotten my order wrong both times on the first go tho. They are always busy tho.
The pearls are always perfect and I have been a regular customers. However, the staffs at Reading Cinema made me feel displeased since I had to wait too long right in front of them until I got impatient so I ended up asking to be served to get their attention since one was eating and the other was busy using their phone. I was with a group of friends, queuing at the till but none of the staff bothered looking up.
I prefer the other outlet. The tea is pretty good but the kiwi girl here is E X T R E M E L Y slow and messes up like every order we get. So we travel a little to the other outlet where it’s much more efficient
Discovered bubble tea a few years ago through a friend from course who was a regular at Noah’s Ark. He quickly worked out that I would be more of a milk tea fan and ordered me a Chocolate Milk Tea with Oatmeal and Vanilla ice-cream. It sounded like an odd combination but I tried it and it was delicious. Next time I tried Taro Milk Tea and then Mocha with Chocolate Ice-cream.I had found a new favourite place to go for a treat. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Its a cute little shop just for milk tea. I got rockmelon milk tea with pearls but It was too sweet in general even though i got less sugar and the pearls were not soft but rather chewy. The people who served me was very nice though.
