Absolutely shocking customer service, I clearly said I wanted honey chicken and satay chicken. They got the order wrong and only made one of the 2 items, then they made the other one and proceeded to take away the first item complaining that I never ordered it, just shocking service in general and the food was VERY average
Quality ●●●●○Service ●●○○○Atmosphere ●●○○○The largest portion I have ever had in noodle canteens. But food was a bit salty and their customer service was not satisfying. The chefs were quite nice but the front lady seemed that she just wanted money from us. However I was still satisfied with the food due to its size and the portion.
Go here with my girlfriend all the time because it never fails to disappoint. Great portion sizes – always some remaining from each of our portions for some leftovers the next day! Nothing amazing, but consistently nice and well priced.
Noodle canteen is noodle canteen. I almost feel silly reviewing it because it’s so well-known and liked – but TBH I’ve never had a great experience here. I went with a friend once who ordered mild noodle something and she ate it with tears streaming down her face from the spice and I ordered mine hot – they clearly mixed them up and wouldn’t refund or remake our orders. Okay I went here again four months later, I asked for vegetarian Singapore noodles with more vegetables than noodles. The woman who works there rolled her eyes at me and then made my order. I got home and the order (in photos) is ALL NOODLES literally three pieces of broccoli and two of the smallest most unbelievable pieces of tofu I have ever seen. It just sucks when you’re vibing healthy-ish veggie stir fry and get a bowl of starchy noodles. I won’t be back.
Delicious Garlic Prawns noddles!!! Everything was fresh king prawns, shrimps, vegetables and the garlic sauce absolutely delicious. I would like to visit it again and try the other options.
