It used to be a good place for its spicy noodles or rice dishes, and I was going there a couple times a week for lunch. I previously gave it 3.5 stars but the quality deteriorated quite a bit. I gave it several gos to wait and see hoping it would improve, but I now gave up. Don’t know why, but maybe because of the new people in the kitchen or even the owner changed? Hope it would improve the quality someday, but for me its dishes are no longer fresh, generous in portion – they have lesser vegetable toppings and poor meat quality (the tendons I had the other day was simply too hard and was like hard rubber or plastic).
Don’t be deceived by the red chilli oil! Not authentic Chinese spice level. I usually have baby mild in China but in here I order hot and it still not spicy enough. Unfortunately there’s not many options around anymore especially the Panda Pot place in the Harbour Side Market no longer exist. The food itself was ok just lack of the kick I would expect from Sichuan cuisine.
