Went to Satay Village tonight for dinner with choir for Big Sing. The atmosphere was nice, and good for a social event. The food was plentiful, the food and service was great. Just a wonderful experience overall :)Will definitely go again in the future.
Simple Malaysian food. Quick, easy, and friendly; probably my favorite all time restaurant. Try the hot chicken mee goreng.
Satay Village is a a Wellington gem! Great food with no frills!
Amazing food and great guys. The quality of food is excellent, and it is very well priced. Always my first stop whenever I’m in Wellington. I dined regularly here when I lived in the city, and I really miss it! The Chicken Mee Goreng is to die for – easily the best in Wellington.
Went to Satay Village on Sunday. They had great food and service. I didn’t even have to ask to get my water refilled. I ordered chicken roti and it was lovely. My compliments to the chef!
My partner and I and our teenage daughter just finished having dinner at Satay Village and the food was delicious! The service was prompt and the food was hot. Thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience and would recommend it to anyone 🙂
Went to Satay Village on Friday night with 3 other workmates. I ordered the mixed mee goreng which was served promptly and as spicy as I had asked. The plate was also very plentiful. On the whole we had a very pleasant evening and I will definitely return.
