I liked it. We had snacks and drinks after work on a Thursday night. The menu was great for snacks. I wasn’t looking to dine here. It was clean. Loos were clean and well stocked with soap. Had an old school air dryer for hands that did an awesome job. I’d go back again and defo want to try the roof bar.
Went to the rooftop bar with friends. The place has a nice chill ambiance, We had pizza and a jug of sangria which arrived very quickly and both delicious. Very nice place to go to on a sunny day to relax and have a good time.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was also nice although the patty reminded me of a McDonalds patty.Went for lunch during WOAP with a large group (~9 people). Burgers were all served at the same time and didn’t take long. Drinks also arrived promptly. Nothing to complain about.
Cooked food frozen in the middle. Very long wait time and very over priced food. Staff will try to overcharge you too if paying by Eftpos as a previous review noted. Orders are frequently wrong and staff get snippy when you point it out.
I used to come here a lot for breakfast. I dont now. The food itself was usually good. But there were frequent service related issues. For example:-When paying by EFTPOS staff will often add about $10 to the price and hope you dont notice and just key in your pin. At first I accepted this as human error. But it happened on about half my visits and with multiple staff members. So its obviously an unofficial policy-Often the food is cold. Some items are served frozen in the middle. When you ask for the frozen item to be heated, they insist on taking away the entire meal (not just the offending item). This happened on probably about a third of my visits.-You pay for a certain number of an item but receive less of them. When you point it out they insist that that is what you ordered and paid for. this happened on about a third of my visits.-They forget to put the order in to the kitchen, then an hour or so later when youve reminded them a couple of times already they finally realise whats happened. Then they will try to argue about giving you a refund because you no longer have time to wait for them to start cooking. This happened on two of my visits.
Everytime we come to the arborist we leave satisfied, food is always amazing, tapa sized dishes great for sharing, we take friends all the time and they in turn tell there’s. The arborist is great. Great setting, good drinks and well priced overall. We rate it!
