Terrible service at the Featherston street location. The girl at the counter didn’t listen to a single question I asked-her response to my question ‘Is the Cucumber pickled?’ Was ‘Okay, no pickles’. This leads me to believe my order wasn’t even put through when I paid as it took 30 minutes for chicken and some pickled carrot to be thrown into a piece of baguette. Not to mention-3 other people received their takeaway food before me when they ordered after me. I had to get the waitress to follow up what was happening as it was taking up my entire lunch break just waiting. No empathy or apology from this waitress either. Won’t be back that’s for sure-utterly disappointed with my first and last visit.
