Just came here for drinks and snacks but was very impressed with what I had. I had the crispy pork skins and fermented fries. I really like the housemade chutney and ketchup that came with it , was really really good. Beer was also quite good, not uber hoppy which to me is gross, but just right for a Belgian.Great service, waitresses offered to refill my chutney for free, they were so helpful and pleasant, super attentive and friendly, very very well trained.Ambience was unique as well! Contemporary with nice sofas. Good place for a date tooSo this visit was just testing the waters, but was so impressed will definitely be back

We have been here twice now, the food was absolutely delicious each time, and a great selection of interesting beers. The only thing I would change is having more vegetarian main meals on offer (only one vege option was available when we visited).

It’s been around a year since I’ve been down to Wellington and it’ll never cease to amaze me how awesome Wellington’s culinary scene is. In terms layout I love how open the space is, it feels like I’m entering a loft of a building rather than a restaurant. The service was also top notch, the waitress we had was informative and always keen to get our table some beer tasters. Personally my favorite was the Choice Bros which had an novel and exotic blend of Raspberry and Peanut flavors which was surprisingly smooth. I actually love how many different craft beers there were available on tap. In terms of the food, I thought it was okay. I felt that there range was a little limited although I only ordered from the main section. I had the German sausage with mash and sauerkraut. Pretty hefty for $26 in my opinion. The fries we ordered on the side were delicious though.Showstopper: I love the vibe this place gives, it’s not pretentious and the service was excellent.Overall Grade: A
