Great food, had the mushrooms (Funghi Trifolati), and the Veal (Scalppino de Vittelo), also the tiramisu and the lava cake was excellent! Very satisfied with the meal and sure was fine dining that didn’t disappoint!
First time we’ve been to the restaurant but it was disappointing. We ordered calamari, Arancini, ortolana pizza, saffron risoto and gnocchi. My friend had the calamari and it wasn’t evenly seasoned. My favorite Italian starter is arancini so I was very excited in the first place. However, the dish turned out a bit dry. The pizza was average, nothing was impressive. The worst thing was probably risotto. It was the most watery risotto we’ve ever had :(. Please please do not use spring onion for garnishing all the dishes.
The food is to die for. Bravo the chef. We ate and drank all night. The entree is stunning. The duck was beautiful. Eat here any time. Congratulations. Bravo.
Although the atmosphere was authentic the food was atrocious my partner and I ate here and had the steak and a chicken dish. Let’s start with the chicken it was full of fatty parts let’s just say it wasn’t the nicest part of the chicken and the best part of this dish was the polenta chips which doesn’t say much it’s not hard to make good crispy polenta chips, then there was the steak for around 32 dollars it was terrible, we asked for a medium rare but this steak consisted of some parts being cooked medium well whilst the meat cloeser to the bone was medium rare it was tinny in size and full of grisel, the fact that for $32 you got either a side salad or a small bowl of shoe string fries it was definitely not worth the money you spent on this, the service was long drawn out and unsavory alongside the food. After we left still hungry and feeling as unsatisfied as humanly possibly we went home to feel rather ill which has continued over to the next morning. Overall it was about as disappointing as when you go to McDonald’s although at least McDonald’s fills you up. If it’s atmosphere you are after then yes go here but if u want a decent meal and to burn a massive hole in your pocket from over priced (to put it bluntly) food I wouldn’t even feed my cat then go for it, just to add I wouldn’t even rate this a one star but apparently you have to put a rating in to leave a comment.
Lovely Italian restaurant. Went on a midweek evening for dinner and it was surprisingly full so I would definitely recommend booking to ensure you get a nice table. Food was great, especially the starters, plus the option for BYO is very handy. Will definitely be back.
Very warm setting! Tasty food! Definitely going back for more. Highly recommended! Even look like family restaurant, but the presentation of our dish was stunning. The stuff was very friendly! Our kids loved their pasta and pizza!
Came here for a date night on a Friday. Place was very busy and had a nice friendly atmosphere , Waitress was Italian and lovely. I had the seafood pasta and was beautiful, good size portion and generous amounts of seafood in it. other main was a rib eye with blue cheese sauce. if you’re a lover of blue cheese this sauce is amazing, uses proper Italian blue cheese in it had a BOGOF from the entertainment book, so 2 mains and 2 drinks each and bill was 86
