Super busy! There was a wait list even for a 9pm on Wednesday night. But it’s a given after experiencing the energy of the place, creative decor, great service and quality food and drinks.We ordered a cheese (1080 early settlers cheddar), and 2 cocktails (randy savage, coco butter kisses). The cocktails (2 for 1 night!) were sweet and refreshing. The randy savage was tangy and had pineapple pulp which went well with the taste of rum.The coco butter kisses was more creamy and had a topping of coconut flakes, coming together nicely with the white chocolate liqueur. The cheese was rather smoky, crumbly yet firm, and melded together with the crispy rosemary lavosh and sweet spiced pepper jelly.
