Great lamb shish and decent pricing. My go to for grilled meat around Lambton Quay. Decent Turkish coffee too. Open all day, which works for me and my late lunches.UPDATE: Tried their standard lamb kebab. Not great – massively overloaded with salt.

Awesome dinner from here. Food was cooked perfectly and great value for money. Would recommend to anyone who fancies Turkish for dinner. Great service too
I have got to say the meat at this place is superb they really know how to marinate and cook it well. Even if you don’t eat meat they have great delicious Vege options. I would say it is the best kebab place I have ever tried. Only reason it’s short of 5 stars is the actual restaurant could do with an update.
This is a fantastic lunch place where the food is fantastic and so are the authentic owners. The meats are well made, the ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere is great. The portions are also huge!
This was my 2nd stop in Eskander journey and to my delight this was better than my earlier experience. Though the salad and humus were average but the chicken was moist and to top it up the spices and the hot sauce – exactly what I was looking for. I had the food delivered in a take out container and I was surprised that chicken was still warm enough and moist. The bread wasnt to my liking but overall good taste and balance of protein and salads for a quick lunch.
One of the best kebab restaurant in Wellington! The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the food is great. My patner and I come here for lunch when ever we get a chance.
