Having had been to Killen’s BBQ in Houston TX just a couple of months before coming here, unfortunately this place didn’t come close to true American BBQ. Service was good though and good selection of ales and lagers. Nice ambience and good for a social catch-up
A nice and cozy cafe. Partner had the waffles and I decided to get poached eggs on toast with sides. Food was cooked well and poached eggs were cooked perfectly. So disappointed they’d ran out of hashbrowns haha (there was a valid reason why they did). I thought the coffee was average, I ordered an Americano and it came half full and wasn’t hot enough. The waitress was very nice and super friendly.Edit: Came again and the coffee was alot better. Finally tasted their hashbrowns which were good (one slightly over cooked, see photo three). Poached eggs were slightly under cooked.
