I thought my chicken roti wrap was soooooo good! The customer service, i must admit, was quite poor but it didn’t bother me really. They served up an amazing lunch so i think thats the main point. I would return here, except next time i’d bring my own cutlery because eating with a plastic knife and fork was quite a mission!
Turned up in the morning around 10:15am, gave the guy 10 mins to turn up because I really wanted a burrito, all the lights were on and it seemed open. The guy never turned up. This place is self service? I was tempted to make my own burrito, I could have made maybe 3 in the ten mins I waited. Maybe next time I will
Terrible service from a grumpy guy who’s obviously not a morning person. I’m a tradesman and generally eat lunch at 10. Said grumpy guy is always hiding out the back playing games on his phone and doesn’t ever look, I’ve left several times after waiting a couple of mins. Today me and my co-worker got his attention to which he came out, took only one order then proceeded to make only the one order. Get some new staff, the girl that used to be there was a mile better
Awful customer service. I was at the front of the queue and three people in a row shoved me aside. Instead of sending them to the back of the queue, the staff just served them.When I was eventually served, it was a miserable fair. Their nachos consisted of about dozen broken corn chips with a smear of rancid tasting burned beans and some unidentifiable stuff (for want of a better word). A tiny portion for the price and foul tasting.This was lunch time. By early the next morning I was in the throes of nasea and diahroea. Sick as a dog, missed two days of work and still feeling pretty unwell. Avoid this place like the plague (because a plague is what it will give you).
Amazing flavor in all the fillings (meat and vege) Real carnitas crunchy and soft is delicious, also the mushroom is a MUST try. tacos are great because you can choose two different fillings, also i enjoy the roti even if it’s not mexican. They are alwys friendly and super helpful with advice and recommendations. Also love the jarritos mexican sodas they have 8 different flavors 🙂
