Nice wee cafe kinda in the middle of no where and everywhere at the same time. Opposite mojo and sushi / dairies between lambton quay and the train station. Nice family run business that can cater for business functions too (we have used their services for mornings tea etc in the past). Good coffee and selection of hot and cold foods. I didnt spot anything gluten free but was actually there for coffee. Good amount of seating indoors and out. Good spot.
I have eaten at Gales Cafe on many occasions. It is close to the Railway Station, Parliament and Lambton Quay. I rate it as one of the best coffee shops in town. It serves great coffee . . . has a good selection of cakes, sandwiches, pies, paninis and other tasty food . . . The service is fast and friendly and the prices represent great value for money!
