I had purchased a grabone voucher to pick up a mud cake and it was a horrible experience for me. I called this person on 274 4924 and wanted to enquire if i could get a cake to be picked up on the same day. The person got very pissed at me and wasnt too happy to talk to me. He also charged me additional $5 to write a message on a cake which i thought was a rip off. My overall experience was not good at all, the staff have got no manners to talk to their customers and take them for a ride. Wont recommend it to anyone since the cake i bought on voucher was poor quality. Dont make a mistake of buying a cake from here.
