Gaia Forest is a gourmet café and natural foods store in Granada, and also a 100-acre food forest in Diriamba. We serve high quality and organic coffee from 3-4 regions of Nicaragua with over six brewing methods. Wellness and ecological health are paramount to our product offer. Our menu embodies a plant-based diet, is vegetarian and mostly vegan, and prioritizes superfoods in its menu.
