Salt Lodge Restaurant is located on the untouched beaches of Salinas Grandes Nicaragua and is the center for Salt Escapes Vacation Rentals. Outdoor rancho restaurant offers quality food made by Canadian chef Mark Ota. Salt Lodge Restaurant is the main office for Salt Escapes check-in, check-out, book transportation, daytrips or wellness services. The restaurant offers table seating, beach loungers and hammocks for you to choose from. Spend the day or come for a bite. There is an outdoor shower by the beach. Salt Lodge is also a short walk from the local turtle sanctuary. Nov- Dec you can help release baby turtles at sunset. During the months of Nov to Mar the restaurant is open to the public Thur - Sun: 12 to 8pm. If you stay in one of Salt Escapes vacation homes, you can purchase a unique tailored meal plan.
