The Surf Ranch restaurant offers a local Nicaraguan and worldwide menu including all of your favorite foods. You have the option of where you would like to dine, including poolside under thatch roof cabanas, at the swim up bar, on the second floor of the restaurant, and even in your villa or condo. The restaurant is open from 7am - 11pm, everyday of the week. Anyone is welcome to eat, hang out and enjoy our activities, even if you are not staying at the resort. Open to all! Free shuttles to and from town throughout the day.
