El tuani is a little coffee/restaurant in the heart of the beautiful Ometepe island. We treat our costumers with delicious Italian dishes like pasta or pizza or with vet nice coffees,cappuccinos or iced coffees. The atmosphere is relaxed and very friendly,everyone is welcome. Prices are very cheap and the place very nice .
