In our quest for the perfect barbecue, we have travelled through Americas traditional regions of wood fired cooking from the Deep South to the Midwestern plains and beyond. Koye Rhodes, aka The Pit Master, Founder of Rhodes BBQ was trained and mentored by the American BBQ maestro Mike Mills, the Legend. Mike is a four times winner of the World Barbeque Championship, THE MEMPHIS IN MAY competition.
