Grilleriet is a truly dedicated to grilling. Most of the food is cooked on a charcoal grill in the heart of the open kitchen. Here the chefs grill meat, fish and more. Seasonal Nordic ingredients form the basis of the food Grilleriet, but the chefs are not afraid of adding exotic spices or ingredients to create new tastes. In the bar around the kitchen, you can sit just a few metres from the chefs while they cook. You can ask them questions while they work - maybe you can get some good tips and advice in return. A bookcase fills an entire wall in the restaurant. All the books in the bookcase are cookbooks. Grilleriet is located in the Folketeateret passage by Youngstorget in the city centre.
