With the intention of bringing back the old fashioned Svele, Svelehuset is located at Vippa foodcourt, ready to serve you a little piece of local, traditional deliciousness. Inspired by both old mountain farms in Valdres, Fjords and Ferries from the west coast of Norway, we have renewed the 700 year old leftover ingredient pancake. We recommend our homemade prim (soft brown cheese)!
